Was the perfect spot for my girlfriend and I to be at for a week. 15 min walk to downtown and was a comfortable stay the entire time. Would choose this spot 10 times out of 10.

It was such a cute place for a short getaway! We normally stay on the beach but this was such a good change from the normal! Beach was 15 minutes away and the downtown area had lots to do, walkable shops and restaurants. Absolutely will be coming back!

The place was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do the place justice as it is just that beautiful. It’s walkable to downtown Pensacola and there’s so much to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary stay at the Villa in Pensacola. It served as an ideal base for exploring Pensacola, the Alabama Beaches, and the Naval Aviation Museum. Watching the Blue Angels practice from the dock was a memorable treat (probably the highlight of my husband's trip!). The villa was immaculate, well-equipped, and every detail seemed thoughtfully planned. We loved taking refreshing swims in the infinity pool, which always had just the right temperature and offered a beautiful view. The spacious hot tub was wonderful for unwinding at night. Sitting by the fire pit outdoors, we watched boats, birds and barges glide across the lagoon, adding to our experience. The cozy fireplace in the bedroom and the luxurious bedding made for an exceptionally comfortable night’s sleep. Our hosts were warm, attentive, and easy to communicate with. We plan to return and will happily recommend this place to family and friends.

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in we felt right at home! Beautiful apartment and super walkable. We had everything we needed and more! We would 100% come back!!!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was exactly as described, if not more gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, and walking distance from downtown! The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. We especially loved how comfortable the temperature in the building was, with easily adjustable ac units and fire places. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay! Very large accommodations. Grocery within walking distance. 5 minute ride to Pensacola Bay Center. Even walked home from Union Public House. Well stocked kitchen, and bathrooms. 100% as described.

Such a beautiful vintage home. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home right away and we felt like we were from the vintage times. All amenities were there to use, tv, ac, fan, towels, etc. I would definitely love to come back again.

We had a great time staying at Olivia's house. It was a very peaceful retreat right on the water, and we couldn't have had more fun enjoying sunsets on the pier and playing pool in the sunroom. We really appreciate her hospitality and would definitely stay again should we return to Pensacola!!
