Olivia was responsive and friendly - her place was a great location. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to downtown Pensacola and to the water, which is nice because it's away from all the traffic, so the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The apartment was so cute, cozy, and had lots of character. The bed has a very soft mattress, but overall everything was to our liking. We had a really lovely trip and would recommend Olivia's spot to others!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The space felt nostalgic and inviting, and the location was perfect—right in the middle of everything and very convenient. We especially appreciated how peaceful and serene the environment was; it made our time there even more relaxing. My favorite things about the unit, aside from its boutique feel, were the beautiful wood paneling and—quirky as it may sound—the teapot. It added such a charming touch. I also absolutely loved the stained glass windows in the bathroom—so unique and memorable. Definitely a unique experience. We would absolutely book this location again and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here a couple days with my partner. Very nice and quiet place. About a 10-15 minute walk to Palafox street. Right across the street from a circle K if you need to pick up something quick. Overall highly recommend!

This was my first time in Pensacola and I was not disappointed at all! I stayed here for a couple of days, and I thought the location was great. The apartment had everything I need. I would stay here again!

Loved this wee spot, great for being close to everything downtown and not a bad drive to the beach. Everything was easy and comfortable. Host was great and responsive too

This was by far one of the best units we have rented on Airbnb. The place is absolutely beautiful, the decor is amazing, and the host clearly took their time with this one and understood the assignment! The space is incredibly stylish, thoughtfully designed, and impeccably clean. The amenities were top tier and made the stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. Everything looked exactly like the photos of not better in person. The location is very convenient and made getting around super easy. Hosts are responsive and super friendly. Everything felt welcoming and seamless from start to finish. The price was great for this GEM! We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent again without hesitation!

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Everything in the house is visually appealing while also being useful. The books, appliances, cooking equipment, etc. are all good-quality yet approachable. We loved cooking in the kitchen and grilling on the Big Green Egg. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with maximized privacy while also being close to good restaurants & 10 minutes from a Wal Mart. However, we really didn’t care to leave because the house had everything we needed/wanted. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and helpful. They provided great recommendations (do yourself a favor and eat at the Perdido Key Oyster Bar just a few minutes away). Climb out of bed in the mornings and you are seconds away from a hot tub, pool, water access, etc. all without the crowds of a high rise condo/hotel setting. I highly recommend this house and would absolutely stay here again if the situation presents itself in the future! BTW, we felt really pampered in the Master Suite :)

Immaculate inside. Bathroom and towels, dishes, linens all clean. Bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a great dinner from the fabulous market/deli just a 5 minute walk away. There’s a very nicely kept 24 hour Circle K gas station / store just across the street….any noise outside doesn’t travel too badly into the loft. Great location….Would stay again!

This home was absolutely beautiful and cozy (it feels like a beach cabin!) right in the downtown Pensacola area. Parking was super easy but is also in a super walkable area with various coffee shops and restaurants around. Thoughtful and useful touches like extra chairs and umbrella for the beach, which is also a short ride away. Overall a very inviting home and wonderful experience with the hosts who check in consistently throughout the stay! I would absolutely recommend staying here

My second time staying at this property, and will be looking to book again on future trips to Pensacola. Great location on Garden St. and just a couple minutes from downtown and the popular Palafox St. - easy check in and responsive host. Comfy and convenient. Highly recommend
