You and your guests will enjoy spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, beautifully crafted woodwork, stained glass windows, transom lights and multiple fireplaces. This home is in a great neighborhood, close to the heart of downtown, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, football/baseball stadium and only 8 miles from the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! This is the perfect location for your Pensacola getaway! Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

Noise aware is a smart home device that measures volume levels through the property(this device does not record or store any noise data), and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Noiseaware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. An apartment complex is being built behind this home. Construction hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday-Saturday. Noise levels vary by day; white noise machines are provided by hosts to help buffer any potential apartment or construction site noise. Construction is scheduled to be completed March 2023.
