This is a spacious one bedroom apartment. Included is a full size kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. Smart TVs are provided in both the living room and bedroom. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

An apartment complex is being built behind this home. Construction hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday-Saturday. Noise levels vary by day; white noise machines are provided by hosts to help buffer any potential apartment or construction site noise. Construction is scheduled to be completed March 2023.
