This cozy little apartment is part of a beautiful historic home and is surrounded by gardens, shared patios and is within walking distance to all the fun things downtown Pensacola has to offer. Not only is this flat the perfect home base for shopping, nightlife, restaurants, museums etc. but it's only 10 miles from Pensacola Beach!

This beautiful little flat (Apt. #4) is on the second floor of a historic home in downtown Pensacola and consists of one bedroom, full kitchen with sit up bar and a full bath. Televisions: Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. Guest will need to log out of the TV via their streaming account; we are unable to log guests out.
Other Details to Note
No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations). No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations). Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host.
