I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb near downtown Pensacola! Everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. The location is unbeatable with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I loved being able to walk or take a short drive to explore everything Pensacola has to offer. The space itself was quiet and comfortable, with modern amenities, a super comfy bed, and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh coffee, soft linens, and local artwork that made the place feel extra special. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Pensacola!

This was our second time staying at one of Olivia’s properties and it was just as wonderful as the first! We absolutely love the location — so convenient to Palafox Street and all the great restaurants and entertainment nearby. The home itself is beautifully decorated and full of historic charm, making it such a unique and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend and we look forward to coming back again!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed in. All of the creature comforts you can think of, clean, and plenty of space- even for 15 people. Perfect for all females who need lots of space to get ready. Beds were comfortable and the house was overall just wonderful and cozy. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Olivia was extremely helpful throughout the check in and check out process. The place is beautiful and in a fantastic location. The new gas station built across the street provides you with most essentials needed, and the grocery store within walking distance provides you with any other items you may need for the stay. Would definitely look to stay here again when I visit again.

Great place! It’s small, but looks exactly like the photos. It’s definitely a good place to sleep and explore the area! It was nice everything was included to have a great beach day!

The stay was perfect for a short trip to Pensacola! The place was authentic, very clean, and in a fantastic location—just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. We had a great stay in Pensacola—we came for the beach, which was an easy 15-20 minute drive with convenient stops along the way for anything you need. One of the nicest AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed at—the apartment was cozy and beautiful, and had everything we could’ve needed!

The house was fine for our needs. It was just three of us so we had a lot of house. The pool table was great to have since it rained . Easy drive to Pensicola and the aviation museum.

The place was delightful! Such a great use of space. Parking was a breeze and the location couldn’t have been better. Exploring downtown on foot was the best! The hosts were great, they made us feel welcomed and at home. Would stay again in a heart beat!
