We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and spacious. The seven bedrooms was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Lots of different areas in the house to accommodate the different age groups. The home theater, pool table downstairs was a huge hit. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials that were needed. The back porch was a great place to spend outdoors in the evening. We also used the hot tub one night which was an added addition to our stay. The location was convenient due to restaurant and grocery stories near by. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will stay again if ever in the area. Thank you again Olivia!

This house was PERFECT! I’m big on cleanliness because I have a toddler and it was very clean and the bed was so comfy and the pillows were so fantastic. Also the shower pressure was AMAZING. 10/10 great stay, not far from the beach and a good location. Beautiful home.

Olivia was amazing! The space was exactly as described, and the linen on the bed was AMAZING! There was a great coffee shop in walking distance, and plenty to do in the area

We ended up booking very last minute she was quick to respond & booked us right away. Her home is very beautiful & we fell in love with the kitchen! The host was amazing & very thorough with instructions. 10/10 recommend! We plan to book again in the future for a longer stay.

Our stay was wonderful for a family of 5, each of the 3 bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The listing does a great job conveying the true size and feel of the property. All of the beds had clean linens and pillows and high quality mattresses. The hosts were all very understanding and cooperative, allowing us so barbecue in the beautifully trimmed backyard. The house was just 20 minutes away from Pensacola beach, and for people seeking a more relaxing experience, Navarre beach is a solid 40 minutes away. Overall we had a 5 star quality stay and would come back.

This is our 2nd time at this location and plan to come back. It fits our family perfectly. The proximity (walking distance) to downtown P'cola was great, and easy parking to the house; the property was clean and it felt like we were at home. This historic home has such a cozy appeal. We arrived at 9:30pm and had a question about a crib sheet - the owners responded to our message immediately and continued to remain in touch with us the entire visit. Since we had noted that we had a toddler and baby - they totally baby-proofed the house before our arrival. There was nothing else that we needed, in fact they even supplied beach chairs, umbrella, towels, a cooler and sand toys for the kids. Check-in was a breeze and check out even easier. We love this property and the hosts are better than any other Airbnbs we've stayed. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars??? 10 is still not enough.

This apartment was great for a quick weekend trip in Pensacola. The space was exactly as described and very clean- there was also plenty of parking. It was a quick drive to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this Airbnb! We loved how close it was to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. This place is very simple, but had everything we needed for the week. Access to laundry machines was a bonus as well!

This was my favorite airbnb in pensacola! I’m a pensacola native so i come home almost quarterly and this place felt right at home. Centrally located and only a 10ish minute walk to downtown it was the perfect location. Now the one thing i must mention is the BED. I think i had the best sleep Ive ever had in that bed. I wish we could take the bed with us. The amenities were perfect even though we didnt use some thing it was convenient to have. The kitchen fully stocked with seasonings and the right appliances made the stay even more enjoyable. Olivia checked in on us via the app and made sure we were comfortable. Would definitely book again soon next time im coming to Pensacola!

This is our second time staying with this host and it was an amazing stay just like last time. the place was perfect for us! it was clean and cozy. they had alot of utensils for us to cook and was stocked up with coffee. We highly recommend this Airbnb, they made sure to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We give them 10 out of 5 stars, we are super fans of this place but also super fans of the hosts for making it such an enjoyable experience. We will be coming back here EVERYTIME we visit Pensacola!!
