This place is incredibly charming and more spacious than we had anticipated! Its prime location makes it an ideal spot for a quick stroll downtown. Considering the price, it’s hard to find anything better.

Great place with amazing character. It’s definitely an old school style house with beautiful antique features. There are a lot of amenities with several modern conveniences. The house is well equipped for any type of stay. It’s in a very quaint neighborhood which is super close to the downtown area. Plenty of choices for restaurants and bars. Highly recommend this home style type of place for any visit.

If you are coming to Pensacola this is where you want to stay!!!! Clean home with everything you need!!! Close to the beach and to downtown pensacola we are beyond happy!! From spoons to large pans they have everything you need ! And if you have a question they reply within 20min!!! Over all 5 ⭐️ we will definitely be staying here again!!

This apartment is so beautiful!! Even though it sits in a very busy road I didn’t hear traffic even once. The wood work and finishing details are to die for! I’d definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay. The studio was as pictured with lots of special touches. Check in and Checkout was seamless. I would recommend the property to anyone needing a clean and enjoyable place to stay!

Excellent value for a couple looking to do a weekend in Pensacola, close enough to down town that it's a nice walk but far enough away that parking and driving is easy without going though the city streets. Would stay again

Communication with the host was quick and easy and she was very flexible + able to accommodate a special request I had arriving late at night from overseas. The room was exactly as described and in the online pictures and very comfortable. AC was cold and crisp and the bathroom had plenty of light. I wanted a comfortable room in a quiet but central location and this AirBNB delivered. I would stay there again without issues as a single traveler or with one partner. Highly recommend, I stayed for ten days and it was perfect for my needs.

This place was perfect! I especially appreciated the thickness of the towels | washcloths - and the amount we were given. It's been rare for us to stay in a place that offered everything we needed for cooking and plenty of toilet paper for our group of 6. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed the peace the place offered!

This stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, full of natural light, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially loved the jacuzzi! The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and everyone commented on how well they slept. The host was wonderful, so kind, responsive, and provided clear, easy instructions. Anytime I had a question, they replied right away. Honestly, I would live here if I could! This experience went above and beyond my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much Kim and Olivia!
