The home is completely private allowing for families and larger groups to enjoy their personal space. All three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home and each has it's own private TV. In addition there is a TV nook upstairs with comfortable recliners for those wanting to watch TV together. Downstairs you will find spacious open floor plan living with a big kitchen, eat up bar, dining table and comfortable living room with a big screen TV. French doors open to the deck and hot tub. Smart TVs are provided. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests. The house is 5 min drive to the beach, 5 min drive to Perdido Key Golf Club and Lost Key Golf Club, 12 min drive to the famous Flora-bama, 2 min drive to Innerarity Point Park, and surrounded by fun, delicious restaurants! You’ll find everything you near near by!

Guests have all access to the house and private yard including a hot tub! We have a propane BBQ grill for you to use and all your beaching supplies (beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach blanket, beach towels and toys). Guests do not have access to the garage.
